Triple Strand Editing and Media, LLC, reserves the right to change the menu of Services offered at any time and for any reason. Triple Strand Editing and Media, LLC, also reserves the right to change the price for any offered Service offered at any time and for any reason. If we make changes to a Service or a price on the Website after you have agreed to purchase a certain Service at a certain price but before your Service has been completed, the price and Service you agreed to will not change during that transaction.

The limitations and exclusions also apply if this remedy does not fully compensate you for any losses or fails of its essential purpose.

Because we cannot guarantee that the Website is free of errors or bugs, you agree that you will use it carefully and agree that any material and/or data downloaded or otherwise obtained through the utilization of the Service or Website is obtained at your own risk. These Terms of Service will be governed by the laws of the State of Alabama without regard to its conflicts of law provisions. Any dispute or claim arising out of, or in connection with, these Terms of Service shall be finally settled by binding arbitration in Mobile, Alabama, in accordance with AL Code § 18-1A-255 (2024) et seq. and the then-current rules and procedures of the American Arbitration Association by one (1) arbitrator who will be appointed by the American Arbitration Association in the event that you and we cannot jointly agree to the arbitrator’s selection. The arbitrator shall apply the law of the State of Alabama, without regard to its conflicts of law provisions or statutory rules of arbitration, to the merits of any dispute or claim. Judgment on the award rendered by the arbitrator may be entered in any court of competent jurisdiction. The parties agree that they will not request and the arbitrator shall have no authority to award punitive or exemplary damages against any party. The parties may apply to the state courts of the State of Alabama for the County of Mobile for temporary or permanent injunctive relief, without affecting this Section. Each party (a) consents to the personal jurisdiction of such courts, (b) waives any venue or inconvenient forum defense to any proceeding maintained in such courts, and (c) agrees not to bring any proceeding arising out of or relating to this Agreement in any other court.

Should any provision of the Terms of Service be held invalid or unenforceable for any reason or to any extent, such invalidity or enforceability shall not in any manner affect or render invalid or unenforceable the remaining provisions of the Terms of Service, and the application of that provision shall be enforced to the maximum extent permitted by law.

Triple Strand Editing and Media, LLC, reserves the right to change or add to these Terms of Service from time to time for legal, safety or other substantive reasons. In the event that we change or add to these Terms of Service, we will revise the "Last Updated" date at the top of this page on the Website, and we will publish the revised version of the Terms of Service on the Website. It is your responsibility to check the Website regularly for changes to our Terms of Service. We will assume that you have done so and will be entitled to assume you have accepted any changes to these Terms of Service if you continue to use the Website or Services of Triple Strand Editing and Media, LLC.
